The pool is amazing and it’s why we come back. The pool, gardens and the bbq area are all perfectly maintained.

The pool area is epic for the kids great location, some amazing restaurants in walking distance . Loved how close it was to the beach , park and surf club .

Enjoyed my stay, except for the first night with the fire alarm going off at 10:30pm and 2am, which required my kids and I to evacuate to the carpark in the cold. False alarms but no information provided by staff as to what the problem was, and no apologies. Location was excellent. Heated pools were great.

Location is great. So close to the beach. The pool is fabulous and the rooms were comfortable.

Fantastic swimming pool - perfect for my 10 and 14 year old. We enjoyed being able to swim after dark in the heated pool. Great location with the beach across the road. Our room was clean and tidy with good facilities and comfortable beds. There were plenty of good food options nearby too which was great.

Location was perfect Pools were amazing fun for the kids. Breakroom disappointing , no ac, limited activities Room was perfect for our needs. Foxtel didn’t work. And couldn’t get access to internet despite being Accor member. Would have been good to have a tv capable of streaming so that we could have used our paid services. Remote needs to be replaced. Lock on balcony door also needs replacing. Was able to lock but the stability of it was questionable. When checking if cables to tv were plugged in as foxtel not working. A significant amount of black mould noticed. Mould also in washing machine, and shower. Shower in laundry area was super tiny. I fit ok. But my husband would not . Food options were limited for myself , as I have coeliac disease. Last time I was there there was cafe where funky Thai is now. That cafe had lots of options more relevant to guests and coeliacs.
