Lovely hotel, very well placed. The beds were comfortable, good bathroom and very clean. Great breakfast. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

-quaint location, not too far from downtown and cruise area, quiet and away from crowds -breakfast quality good -rooms large enough and modern and clean -daily housekeeping - my family had dinner twice in the hotel and the svc was good.

a very pleasant welcome from the reception staff who upgraded us to a suite for my husbands birthday. The hotel is very centrally located close to a few bars and several restaurants but quiet at night. The rooms are clean and modern with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was a very comprehensive and high quality buffet. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend

Hotel is clean and comfortable. The room is spacious enough for 3paxs with the sofa bed for the 3rd person. The most magical moment was that we saw aurora outside the hotel and it was at KP 4.67. And the show was so fantastic that it will be our highlight whenever we talked about Norway.
