The hotel is located in the city centre. The rooms are surprisingly big and with the electric kettle that is quite rare in Scandinavia. Huge shower with good cosmetics. Very comfortable bed and great breakfast. Common areas for relaxation.

The hotel is right beside the harbor and offers a fantastic outdoor patio, sauna, and swim area. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is close to shopping and outdoor activities. The views are gorgeous from Kniven viewpoint.

Manager unethical money grabbing. We had to change our dates due to transport problems & manager charged us an extra night for this. Two receptionists told us this was the difference between our weekend booked room & the available weekday room which looked directly into the carpark.

The hotel is well refurbished. The views are nice when you don’t have a cruise in front. Breakfast was very good.

Its location at the waterfront is fantastic, also, it's close to both cruise pier and bus terminal. Staff at the reception are warm and patient in answering questions from guests. Besides, very good breakfast is provided.
