The location is excellent and the cottage is a delight. It was warm and welcoming. The property is excellently serviced and the kitchen has everything you could need. Beds are comfortable and it was very quiet. Aldeburgh is a beautiful town and we enjoyed some lovely walks along the coast and around the nature reserve. The phone and internet were down when we arrived but the agents fixed that very quickly, even on Christmas Eve!

Breakfast was self-catered which was fine. Good kitchen and dining area. Location was very central and there was a nice outdoor space to sit and enjoy good weather in. The property was well furnished and comfortable. I slept very well and found it a thoroughly relaxing stay in a lovely area (close to beach for walks and lots of good places to eat out in nearby).
