Its very clean, and very nice staff. Breakfast is very good!! But the location isn’t that good. Its not that close to airport because you have to take turns to get out/to the hotel from the driveway. Also the gps shows roads which are not existent. We booked one room for 4 people, and on the sofa bed, we only got a blanket with a sheet, but not a normal bedsheet.

Excellent value for money, beds were okay but especially the location was great. It is near a new shopping mall with a lot of dining options. For the location it was very quiet (you can request a room on the back of the building if necessary). Also nice breakfast with more then we expected.

The helpfulness from the hotel. We were in a situation that was not of our doing and the staff went above and beyond to solve our problem. The staff from reception to housekeeping always greeted us with a smile.

the only issue was that we didnt know that it is a bit far from the city center. But we had advantage to visit shopping center near by. Bed was ok , windows are old fashioned though. Elevator needs some renovation.

Parking was available for free . You are near the airport.; a major modern shopping centre. A short walk to local buses to Valencia city centre. 10 minutes transit and only 12E ! Staff friendly and helpful
