The property was as good as the pictures showed. We were very comfortable there. The property was very clean and the facilities were very good. The swimming pool was very clean, but be aware it is not heated, so it was cold when you get in if you go like we did in November, but that did not put us off using it. The area is very quiet and if you are on foot the beach and town are about a 15 min walk. There is a Lidl and other supermarkets within a 15 min walk, which we used and was reasonably priced and stocked. We have booked to go back to Alcudia in May 2025, but unfortunately, this villa was not available.

Quiet rural Location - 15 min walk into the lovely Alcúdia historic town with amenities you needed. The villa itself was exceptionally clean with plenty of room for sitting inside and out , very comfy living room and large well equipped kitchen & diner. Always had hot water. Nice wshower room upstairs. Plenty of pool towels. Didnt have car but plenty of buses taxis and bike hire 15 imins walk away. Recommend bike hire

Great villa, with plenty of space and lovely views. Ideally located within walking distance of Alcudia and Port d'Alcudia. Ample room for 8 guests. Large, comfy bedrooms, plenty of room to sit or eat inside and out. Big, well equipped kitchen. A lovely place for a family holiday!
