The location is not centric but it's good when you have your own transport. No parking issue like if its in the city center. It's near enough to everywhere. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

Large room and very comfortable bed; tea kettle, tv, stable wifi; toilette provided with bidet; wide basement parking; supermarket next to the entrance and LaDehesa mall at a walking distance; location close to the Henares river, nice for a jogging around

We decided to stay here because of the way we were made to feel welcome with our dog the last time we stayed. This time was no exception. Although, quite rightly, we were not allowed to take her into the dining are, we were allowed to take our breakfast into the reception area and enjoy it with our 'furball'. Reception staff were very helpful, the room clean and tidy with sufficient towels and bedding. The breakfast was good value with continental offering and sausages, bacon and scrambled egg available. There was ample parking. The nearness of large shopping centre was a real bonus.

The hotel looked just ok on the outside but much nicer inside. The room and bathroom were quite nice. Room had a fridge but not tea making equipment. Very close to a shopping centre and supermarket which was handy. Very good Value.
