The manager greeted us with a warm welcome, and the room was so lovely to walk into a fresh, clean room. We have travelled from Port Stephens to Great Ocean road and back, and this motel is one of the best we have stayed in. There is a kitchen that has everything for you to use and the dining room, too, at no extra cost. What more can you ask for? It's suitable for one person to stay or a family too. Have your own table outside your room to sit and enjoy the rest from travelling and a lovely cuppa. The room has air-conditioning for all weather and free tea n coffee. Everything is modern and lovely artwork on walls too. I would recommend this motel for anyone who travels to Goulburn. Thank you, Black sheep motel, for the best stay on my way holiday. No stress booking this motel either. You made my day, and you deserve 5 stars

Very comfortable and convenient location. Joan was very welcoming. I loved the old building where reception was. Impressed with the easy access to the shower. I don't require that kind of assistance but thought it was a good asset to have for those less mobile. The numbers parking spots I consider a bonus. Definitely liked parking outside my room.

Convenient location. Previously stayed here and was happy with the accommodation and its cleanliness. The bathroom and shower are a good size and fairly accessible once inside. I've recommended this place to friends. It's convenient to the Commercial club which has many different places to eat.

Separate kitchen area with sink. Nice size room. Good bathroom. Undercover parking very handy as it was raining.
