Availability and opening times are subject to seasonal demands and weather conditions.Please note that in compliance with the Portuguese Law, it is absolutely necessary the presentation of an official identification document (Passport, Identification Card) of each and every person (adults, children, babies) at check-in. Failing to do so, the check-in won’t be able to follow through and the cancellation policy will apply.Should the credit card be different than the one used in the reservation, a new payment is required, and any previous payment will be cancelled.According to the Portuguese law, cash transactions are limited to a maximum of €3000 or its equivalent in foreign currency. When payment is done by individuals not residents in Portugal and not acting as entrepreneurs or merchants, the limit is €10 000. We absolutely loved everything, 10/10! The kids were thrilled with every moment, and the adults were equally satisfied. The restaurants are excellent, the spa is fantastic, and the bars are cozy. The staff deserves special thanks — they were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help, quickly resolving any issues and offering great advice. We will definitely come back!

Breakfast was very rich, many different dishes, everyone should find something for themselves. Convenient access, plenty of parking spaces around the hotel.

Hotel is very clean and it well located. Good bus links to other places. The hotel staff were fabulous and helpful. They really couldn’t do enough for us. It was suitable for our family and bar food and pool restaurant was lovely. I really hope to return to the hotel again in the future.

Yoga and Pilates classes, kids club, lots of pools, good breakfast, lots of choice for everyone ( apart from the coffee- terrible), a very beautiful beach just minutes away ( private path from the hotel) The mistake with my room booking was dealt with immediately, which was great.
