Every member of staff is so friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a warm smile,, the room was spotlessly clean and the bed was enormous, plenty of choice for breakfast every morning , . For the money we paid it's exceptional value .

This is a modern and comfortable hotel, we had a room with balcony over looking the pool / garden area. The staff were very helpful and pleasant, check in/ out was with ease..The bed was super comfy and nice bed linen. Breakfast was awesome and it was really nice on roof top with a view. Id definitely stay there again, if in area.

Freshly decorated small property. Lovely little touches such as homemade biscuits, a small gift on departure. Eco friendly...no small plastic milk pots etc... fresh jug of milk available at the bar. Lovely roof top breakfast room with a good selection of food. Small pool- peaceful, 11:00 am and just us around the pool. Checked in at 12- room was ready early, balcony upgrade and again a peaceful pool area even at that time.

Since the new refurb ....the room have become not fIT for comfort, or storage....no usable side tables. NO DRESSING TABLE ...JUST 3 DRAWS IN THE WHOLE OF THE ROOM....ALL WALLS AND CARPET DARK BLUE. AND THE ART WORK, WAS MORE FITTING FOR A NIGHT CLUB, NOT FOR A SUNNY HOLIDAY .. AND THE USELESS PIECE OF HUGE VERY SLIM BOOK CASE ! , WERE THE DRESSING TABLE SHOULD BE WAS AWFUL.....NO MIRROR IN BEDROOM TO SAT AT TO DO HAIR/MAKE...ONLY A MIRROR IN BATHROOM . YOU HAVE TO STAND UP TO DO HAIR / MAKEUP....NOT GREAT IF YOU HAVE A DISABILITY. TOILET ROLL BEHIND THE TOILET , NOT IN A CONVENIENT POSTION AT ALL. .......LIKED IT BETTER BEFORE THE THE REFURB. DID COMPLAIN ABOUT LACK OF DRAWS GIVEN TWO TROLLYS TO PUT MEDICINES, PERFUMES, CREAMS LOTIINS AND BRUSHES ETC ON......ROOM SOOOOOOO DARK AND WHO WANTS THAT ON HOLIDAY. MRS RUTH SUMMERS

This was a short trip to a familiar location but hadn’t stayed at this hotel before. We opted for a large room Suite and was pleasantly surprised. Very specious. Large bathroom. Large bed. Very clean. Good facilities even things like the charging docks by the bed side both USB and USB C , coffee machine for nespresso pods! Clean towels daily. You can opt for skipping this but we didn’t as we love a clean towel. And it’s a holiday - why not. Beach towels of good quality. Mini fridge - reasonably priced but we didn’t use. Good location with variety of choices for good restaurants near by. Uber costs less than €10 one way to take you to New or Old town where it is a little more vibrant. Love OlhusDeAgua for its peacefulness. Overall I think it’s 9/10 for me.

Fabulous staff. Close proximity to restaurants. Spotlessly clean. But...no extraction in bathroom and no sun on balcony. Fantastic breakfast.

Lovely hotel with a beautiful pool area. Good location, about 5 minutes in a taxi from central Albufeira. The room was amazing and we had a sea view. Also the breakfast was INCREDIBLE!
