The hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff welcoming and the food excellent. We booked all inclusive and felt the quality we received was over and above what we have had in the past from other all inclusive hotels. We were upgraded to a suite which included a lounge area with TV and sofa bed. I don’t know if this was because we were celebrating my Birthday? In our room they had left a bottle of Sparkling wine in an ice bucket and a beautiful birthday cake with fresh fruit garnish which was a lovely surprise. The toiletries in the bathroom were very high end ( L’Occitane”) and smelt wonderful .

The staff were very helpful and so nice to deal with. The room was very big an beds comfy, hotel was very clean and decorated lovely for Christmas. The food was lovely such a variety every day/night. I could not recommend this hotel any more, me an my family will definitely be back. We really enjoyed our break away, thank you all so much

Really enjoyed our stay room was spotless room was huge my only issue was when round the pool bar was closed due to bring low season so had to keep going in to the hotel bar for drinks I think they should have accommodated it for us as it was big group. Food was really nice plenty of options. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again.
