The deposit will be paid in cash and will be fully refunded in cash at check-out, subject to an inspection of the accommodation. The deposit amount is €150 for the One-Bedroom Apartment and €300 for the Three-Bedroom Apartment.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

One bedroom apartment was beautiful, brilliant location close to the square . yes you can hear music but that's an obvious when you have that location. So bring Ear plugs

Property was clean. Very close to the beach. Proper hair dryer not just a travel one that does nothing. There’s no bar but a fridge pool side to put your drinks in and in your room. They also provided beach towels. We got the room with a balcony which was lovely and in the sun all day. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Room was cleaned regularly and bed made each morning. Although it’s next to the strip , they provided ear plugs and the noise is minimal. Leftover suncream and other things left behind from other guests were accessible if you forget anything. They offer breakfast but we didn’t eat breakfast. Would book again. Pool was lovely and there were giant bean bags like mattresses to sleep on. Honestly would book again for our next trip !! 10000% book here

Excellent property, friendly staff, recently decorated and furnished, the layout worked perfectly, plenty of space and bathrooms, and the sun terraces provided great views. We also had use of the facilities in the main guest house which was 10 metres away. Close to the old town and lots of good restaurants near by.

All the staff were excellent - friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was fantastic (eggs, bacon, fruit, pastries, cheese). The location is great, very close to the beach, restaurants, and supermarket. The property is very well cared for and clean. Our room had lots of storage space and a large closet. Bertolina did everything within their power to make our stay enjoyable.

Property was homely, clean and wasn’t overcrowded, like a hotel would be. Bertolina was a couple of minutes walk from the old town square. Fab location.
