New Year parties are not permitted in the apartments or in any other area of the complex. This property does not allow bachelor parties and similar parties.The maximum capacity of the apartments cannot be exceeded, and it is not possible to add extra beds. All guests, including children, must present their ID upon check-in. This procedure is mandatory for check-in. Otherwise, check-in will not be possible and cancellation conditions will apply.All apartments are cleaned 3 times a week. Towels are changed twice a week and bed linen is changed once a week.In case of early departure, the property will charge the full amount of your stay.The photographs are representative and the layout of the apartment, location and decoration may vary.
Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.Beach and pool towels are available at an additional cost and with a refundable cash deposit.All guests who require an invoice with their details (name, address and tax number) must indicate this information in the special requests box during booking.Parking is subject to availability as spaces are very limited. There is public parking nearby.A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival. Amazing location with regard to the Old Town, steps up and down were fine. Really clean in and out the rooms. Pool area was great for a few days get away with Aldi/Lidl a 5 minute walk. Nice touch having a pool bar.

Lovely, well situated place, with friendly and helpful staff. Clean, functional room and tidy leisure areas, comfortable bathroom and kitchenette, beautiful, well kept wee garden and souranded plants. Stunning views, very quick stroll to the Old Town. Short walk to local supermarkets. Highly recommended.

We had an okay stay at Alfagar Cerro. I enjoyed the pool one day which was nice but apart from that the resort could really do with an upgrade.

From start to finish our stay was excellent. Landed early and receptionist was rely friendly and our room was cleaned so let us check in early. More than happy with apartment and really clean. Requested a return taxi to the airport and reception took care of this and taxi was waiting for us at the gate. Definitely will be back.
