Please note that there is an extra cost for air conditioning from June 4th 2016 until September 13th 2016: - Heating is obligatory during the period 4 October to 26 April and carries an obligatory surcharge of EUR 50 per week.Pets are allowed on request and carry a surcharge of EUR 50 per pet per stay.Check-in between 20:00 and 00:00 incurs an extra cost of EUR 50. Check-in after 00:00 incurs an extra cost of EUR 100. Check-in on Sundays and public holidays also incurs an extra cost of EUR 50.Upon arrival guests must authorise a guarantee of EUR 600, to be charged in the case of damages.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
