Very clean and great value for money. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Easy access to buses into como if you dont have a car.

Perfect location near Como for our one night pause, close to the road but at a quiet location; the receptionist was kind and helpful; the best: the room entrance was about 1 meter away from our parking area with one stair apart in the closed area. Everything we needed, except food of course, was available in the room. Clean and good size bathroom. Perfect rolling shutters on the windows - a must for us.

You cant outperform this quality/price ratio. We stayed only for one night in One Bedroom Apartmen, we just wanted some quick cheap place to stay. This was one of the cheapest rooms with great reviews so we chosen this place. I would be very happy to spend even two week vacation here. The place is made for it. Rooms are fully equipped. Beds are very comfortable, room had air conditioning which was strong and the same device was usable as a heater too. Room is spacious, we were 5 people and had no issues moving around all at the same time. To enter we got codes and key and hosts explained to us how to use them - you set the (one number) code and then you use key to lock the room. Same process to unlock. But one thing I have to mention on its own is Shower. Im a shower enjoyer and I can without a doubt say this was the best shower I had in my life. It had enough space and is quite tall. Water pressure and temperature can be controlled absolutely precisely, with instant response. No other shower comes even close in control. Also, you can set pressure quite high. Truly the best!

Our room was perfect, clean, good beds and perfect bathroom, all in new condition. Parkingplace in front of the room, very comfortable. On our request the boss adviced us two places for dinner that evening and for breakfast the next morning, both places nearby were top, so again good advice.

Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Close to the road (convenient for drives to and from Como) but quiet. Closed parking. As mentioned by many other travelers - great place to stay during trips to Como.
