Very clean. Hosts were very attentive. When the water corporation shut the water off unexpectedly, the hosts were quick to bring over water to tide us over. The bathrooms, laundry and kitchen were modern and well stocked.

Location is good; still need to drive to everything but nothing's far. The house is on a main road so your morning alarm will be road noise. Wasn't a problem; just FYI for those sensitive to noise. During the evening and nighttime hours, it was quiet. Whilst we didn't have a pet, this house is perfect for guests with pets as there's a large enclosed back yard.

This property is perfectly located for an Albany holiday. Fabulous facilities and obviously recently renovated. Comfy beds, and everything we needed. And our dog loved the big back yard.

Very comfortable house -lovely view from back balcony. Comfortable furniture and beds, warm fire heater, well fitted out kitchen, bathroom with toilet and an extra toilet beside this. Great back yard-perfect for dogs and kids. Walking distance to Middleton Beach-perfect for whale watching
