The hotel is very nice, in a quiet area of Alba Iulia. Stuff is friendly and supportive. Late check-in was easy, as the key is in a save box. Would stay any time again there

Very friendly staff, Breakfast was very delicious and prepared on demand. The location is perfect far away from busy and noisy center. Highly recommended, we will book it again if we will be in this region.

We liked the rooms and beds, the bathroom. We also had a balcony, but the view was so so. The A/C didn’t seem to work that much.

Upon arrival, we were welcomed by the lovely owner of Element. She gave us some wonderful tips on visiting the old citadel, as well as a suggestion for a really great restaurant. Our room was comfortable, clean and of a good size.

The overall concept and attention to standard details of hospitality concept; things that are generally overlooked in Romania; or are simply ignored; things that are raken for granted elsewhere but seem to look extravagant in Romania. It is a bit pricy, no doubt but if you wish quality standard in Romania, this is the right place. Above all, we liked the welcoming and friendly attitude of the manager and the staffs.
