The manager was very helpful and efficient - he spoke English and French, and was made an effort to understand my Italian !

The gentleman running it was very accommodating and tried to be as helpful as possible with English not being his first language, but he was really nice and made a great experience. Every day when I came back to the room, it had been cleaned, bed made, bathroom scrubbed which was also a great bonus.
