The location was great, right in the middle of oba and main alayna, you could also easily access a taxi right outside both hotels or if you prefer to walk, turkeys main supermarket Megro's was around 5-10 mins walk around the corner, I would recommend using the shop around the corner from the hotel not the hotel shop this was very expensive compared to a 3 min walk to a local shop, kids park outside and football area, beach around the corner. The rooms were cleaned daily and looked after, we had a fridge freezer and a hob for cooking facilities, We were a bit disappointed that we didn't have a toaster which meant we couldn't have a big variety for breakfast. But apart from that everything was perfect for self catering - no air con in the living area for larger families be aware of this so we had to buy fans from Megro's. We had issues with our air conditioning but the lovely evening receptionist lent us his fan and moved our room for us so we had air conditioning. The cleaner for the annex is such a lovely kind woman. The staff would do anything to keep you happy and so kind, it was very nice to wake up everyday to a cheerful hello and they couldn't do more for you - especially JAY JAY at the bar. And the evening receptionist was the sweetest man always so kind. A great bonus was the kittens outside the annex, they were looked after by a local lady but the hotel staff would care for them too which we found refreshing as most hotels don't allow any stray animals near them or give any care towards them but the hotel staff would comfort them and keep them safe. The pools were great, not too deep always a shallow end and the slides on throughout most of the day - on a busy day it was difficult to get sunbeds but we were glad to have two options of pools to sunbathe so was not a huge issue. They looked clean but people did complain of ear infections and claimed the pools were not cleaned.
