.Great location close to the airport, perfect as a base before traveling north Gerardo and his wife are very welcoming and giving you a feel of home away from home. The dinner and breakfast were also very good. My flight was delayed so I didn't use 1 of the 2 nights I booked, and Gerardo did not charge me for the unused night, even without having to ask. Much appreciated!

Beautiful hotel with excellent staff. Fit our needs perfectly for a quick stay before our departure back home, and the bed was very comfy. Shared bathroom was very clean, and so was the common area. The highlight was the gentleman who checked us in an provided our airport shuttle to us very early in the morning. He went above and beyond accommodating us and we appreciate it so much.

I loved the hostel with all my heart. I immerse felt very much welcomed and the stuff was so nice. Everything was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. Kitchen was also very good equipped. The airport shuttle also worked without any problems. And i loved the garden so much.

The staff is extremely helpful and our trip to Costa Rica started well thanks to them. The house is great, the kitchen is well organised, the bathroom is efficient. They offer a very friendly and affordable airport transfer, we highly recommand to take advantage of it especially since taxi drivers in San José airport are not reliable and rarely offer a fair rate.
