Lovely room and breakfast. As this was a stop over but near airport. Alajuela is a bit run down but made welcome by staff especially son who had vey good English & who advised us where to go.

Center location and nice breakfast area. They also have storage for your luggage. Breakfast is ok

We spent the night here after our flight. Even though our flight was 4 hours late and we arrived at the hotel after 2 a.m., the staff was very friendly and check-in went smoothly. The breakfast was small but Costa Rican on a stylish terrace. The staff was happy to advise. Thank you.

I always love stayed here, Hotel Pacandé has a very friendly staff, is Just 2km from airport and the hotel is very clean, they also serve a Gallo Pinto breakfast that is delicious! I really recommend you to stay here!

The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was hot and the location was good and easy to find with secure overnight parking a few minutes walk down the road. The member of staff who checked us in was lovely and kind and had messaged us on WhatsApp to confirm our arrival time when we were a bit late. The check in/out times are great also. Although we only stayed one night it was a pleasant experience and we would stay again.

The location is good for flight connection. The town Alajuela itself is also pretty livable with various shops and restaurants. There are bus terminal for capital and airport. It is close to City mall as well
