Very nice and family-owned place. The lady just lives next door and takes care of the rooms and breakfast. We spent our first and last night from our Costa Rica trip there to come from and get to the airport. Especially for the arrival it is a nice stay to get into Costa Rican mood. Small jungle vibes and unlike a classic big hotel building. Private parking behind the gates possible. The rooms smelled really nice and are very clean. Flexible check in possible, just text with them and they will open the gates for you. We arrived both times around 10pm, it was no problem. Muchas gracias!

The building is beautiful, the room spacious and the grounds/gardens and pool area amazing. It’s a real peaceful haven in the middle of the city! Lovely birds and plants/trees. Breakfast was good and served at whatever time we wanted. May, on reception was a wonderful host and even ordered our meal delivery in the evening for us! So friendly and helpful. An amazing last night in Costa Rica before heading to the airport.

This was a fab stay. It was only 1 night but wished we stayed longer. The property is so lovely, the gardens are immaculately maintained. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. They are very clean. Staff really friendly and helpful. It’s really an oasis in the middle of town. Pool is super clean. Breakfast was delicious and plenty! All in all a great place to stay!

Room was great. Everything was clean. Felt very safe, like others have described its an oasis. Staff also accomodated my early checkin request and all round great to deal with.
