A great hotel. Really clean and well presented. The staff are all really friendly and there is a great breakfast selection. It’s so convenient for San Jose airport and the hotel’s airport shuttle bus is fantastic.

Liked everything about the property. Great location, super handy with the shuttle bus, clean and comfy room (and general hotel area), and really helpful staff. Was only using it as a quick stop over before heading further into Costa Rica but would definitely recommend

Clean comfortable easy stay for the night before an early flight. Convenient shuttle bus every half an hour from 4.45am (March 29th).

Close to the airport so worked well for a one night layover. Staff friendly. Great airport shuttle. They gave us a takeaway breakfast as we had early morning flight. Room clean and comfortable, contemporary.

After suffering an injury and subsequent surgery, the Fairfield by Marriott was everything we could hope for and more. We called ahead to enquire if there was a wheelchair we could use which must have had them flag our reservation because the care and accommodations they had waiting for us was wonderful and so appreciated. We did have an accessible room and the use of a wheelchair during our entire stay. I had one rough day that the staff became aware of and a pot of tea was delivered to calm me. I highly recommend this property and would stay again.
