Arrived earlier than the normal check in time. Juan on reception was really helpful, swapped our room to one already cleaned which allowed us to go sightseeing. Breakfast very good. Great value hotel with a Midday checkout which allowed us to have a couple of hours by pool before heading off to airport. Hotel is a little dated but clean. All the staff we met (reception, restaurant and cleaners) were all very friendly and helpful.

Good hotel to stay a night before taking a flight the next day. Airport shuttle service was good. Super spacious room with coffee machine.

Restaurant food was pretty good, but pricey. Breakfast was great. Airport shuttle was super convenient, easy to request through messaging the property. Pool was great, and there were some great birds flying around. Close to a grocery store if you'd like to find some cheaper food options nearby.

It's a great location if you plan to go to the San Jose conference center. It is a 10-minute walk, basically crossing a bridge. The breakfast is nice for the US standards, but I would rate it as regular for the Brazilian standards. Rooms are big.
