Everything (it was clean, calm, interior and exterior were cosy, the staff and manager were very kind and friendly we felt like at home, also we liked the location at 38 min of driving from Wadi Bani Khalid).

We stayed for one night and found it to be the perfect base for visiting Wadi Bani Khalid and entering the desert. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful, going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed including a fridge. Our room was quiet away from the busy road, allowing for a peaceful and restful night's sleep. The bed was very comfortable, which was much appreciated after a day exploring. The food was simple, but tasty. A comfortable and relaxing stay.

Everything was new and clean, with a very comfy bed. It’s in a great location for a stopover if you’re heading to Wahiba Sands or Wadi Bani Khalid. The owner was very nice and helpful.

The accomodation is situated far away from any nearby town. One item i knew when i booked! With a car at our disposal that is not a problem as the hotel is near the highway. That same highway does not give any noise to the accomodation at all. the hotel features a great garden and BBQ options as well as a swimmingpool which we did not use.

The location of the hotel is perfect next to the road to wadi bani khalid. The host was so friendly and energetic.
