The location and room space and cleanliness. Since we visited during very cold and misty weather, heaters were very essential, but it wasn't heating enough.

The hotel is situated in Al Shafa Mountain. The location is perfect, the outside view from the hotel is amazing, and in the evening we can see clouds from the window. There is also a cafeteria and a restaurant.
