I stay at this hotel on a regular basis and he staff always welcome me back. The Grill always remembers my order and this is a nice personal touch. The hotel is very comfortable and located on the outskirts of Abu Dhabi so great to access the city center and also other parts of the emirate. I noted today that the manager was walking the property including the children’s play area and I was impressed with how diligent they are in maintaining the standards of the property.

Lovely comfy bed and spotless rooms. Amazing breakfast. Pool was closed which was annoying.

Staff were so supportive and kind. No any comments against their behavior and attentive support. But overall room is not seems as Marriott. It needs to be renewed. Besides that room was like left for months with no cleaning.

The service was excellent from everyone. The front desk, dining room staff, and cleaners are all very friendly and helpful.The food quality and variety at the buffet was exceptional. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Wonderful service provided by all members of staff. Room service was fast and food was of high quality. The pool was clean and there were always plenty of towels available. Room was quiet, in wonderful condition, and housekeeping always did a thorough job.

The room is amazing and excellent. Very clean beds and the room itself. The staff are amazing as well. I commend Abdalla for preparing decorations for our room and cake as it was our wesding anniversary and birthday as well. Also thank you to Felicia for taking time and effort to write a greetings to us even thoughnwe havent met her. Overall experience is superb and it made our special day so much memorable.
