The receptionist, Harith, was excellent in manner and very friendly. He truly made our stay wonderful. Our room was very clean and the hotel was located about 7 mins drive the Haram which was very convenient. The price was excellent for Ramadan stay.

Tha hotel is clean. The staff were very cooperative, especially Khairul was so helpful. Other Bangladeshi support staff were very kind. They cleaned the room when requested. They allowed a bit late checkout. I would highly recommend this hotel for the family. We also got shuttle service which was excellent. We will stay at this hotel again. If you do not get shuttle, please use Mekkah Bus with 4 SAR (download mekkah bus app and then buy ticket by using credit card) Or just go to Jamarat bus stand and you will get more shuttle buses. Al bike and Noori supershop is within 500 metres. There is a good Turkish restaurant close to hotel. It's a bit uphill but not so much. Your family will enjoy. Please remember its a one star hotel but no bad smell. I liked it.

Clean and near from haram, 6 min with car . The hotel smells very good.
