This property is outstanding, not only the beauty and cleanliness but the staff and the way is managed is 10 out of 10! Highly recommend to stay here. The staff was real helpful and accommodating. They showed us around and even upgrade our room at same cost. I was not aware I had booked a room with the bathroom outside and he voluntarily gave us a room with one. The care and love the staff puts on their property and work is remarkable. Breakfast is in a beautiful place.

Amazing, history packed stay in a newly renovated, 400 years old mud house in the heart of the old town. The host was super friendly and halpful, providing lots of information of the history of the building.

Perfect location, close to everything worth seeing in Nizwa. Good breakfast in a nearby cafe. The room was clean with a comfortable bed. It’s a freshly renovated building with lots of charm and a wonderful view from the terrace. Adnan (the manager of the place) is very kind, helpful, and attentive plus you get a short historical tour of the hotel and the small museum they have there!

Great place, very well located in the old town, near the souk. The hotel is in a beautifully renovated old house. It was calm, the shower was hot and lovely, everything was clean and the staff was very helpful with good recommandations for restaurants.

We stayed here for one night a few months after it has been opened, and the hotel was still quite new. It is in a good location, everything is walking distance and easy to find with lots of parking nearby. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. In particular, we have to give a massive thank you to Adnan at the front desk who worked so hard to make our time amazing and comfortable - without him our experience would not have been the same. He showed us around the place and gave us excellent insight about the history and cultural significance of the property. Adnan also had many great recommendations and went over and beyond with everything we would ask. The terrace area overlooking the fort and wall had great views, especially in the evenings, and we felt a much needed sense of peace and calmness staying here, being in such a deeply historic part of Oman. The room itself was clean, spacious enough and had a rustic but minimalist design to match the vibe of the area. Breakfast was included and was a traditional but tasty spread of food, with beautiful morning views to match and filling portions. Overall, we were super happy and would recommend this as the best place to stay in Nizwa!

We had a beautiful room in this new boutique hotel which is located at a perfect spot in the city to experience Nizwa. The staff is very nice. Breakfast is served in an external café and was delicious.

Our stay at Bait Almuallem By Nomad Inn was a truly delightful experience. The warm hospitality of our host, Adnan, made us feel right at home. His knowledge of the local area and willingness to share insights into Omani culture were invaluable. The traditional Omani house provided a unique and authentic glimpse into the country's heritage. The comfortable accommodation and serene atmosphere created the perfect setting for relaxation and Nizwa exploration.
