I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the manager of the property, Mahir Al Balushi, for his exceptional friendliness and attentiveness. He truly went above and beyond to help us resolve our issue and did so with such warmth and professionalism. Mahir is an absolute asset to this establishment, and any hotel would be fortunate to have someone of his caliber leading their team.

Great location, good facilities for families with kids. Food was good, expectedly alcohol was over priced and likewise the log fire facility felt overpriced so we didn't use it. But great location, comfortable stay and good staff

Very nice Hotel with lots of fun activities for children. Kids had a good time at the adventure park. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful a huge shout out to Riri at the front desk. And the housekeeping staff Rajashekar Basanta and Miraj for their excellent service.

Right from entering the lobby and ride on buggies to our chalet, everything was great. The views, activities for kids and adults, comfortable rooms, this resort has all you need.
