Staff members were fantastic Eve at reception particularly was always very quick to pick up the phone and explain everything to us. Food was absolutely amazing and the breakfast was so much food it counted for lunch as well. I also particularly pleased they offered a camel ride as a gift when they realised only my son would be riding.

One driver name Adil was very kind to us. He shows the tomb and tells us the historical journey of Pura Eco Retreat. He is also being a great photographer to us. He is kind and generous and even suggest us without us need to ask anything. The toilet was very absolutely stunning and the pool also. The room was good and clean. The area is quiet and very private. We both have been enjoying the whole experience. My room was decorated so well as what i paid.

It was a very good experience right from the booking and the prompt responses to questions before we arrived. When we got there, all the staff were polite, friendly, and helpful. We stayed in some Heritage Tents, and they were really nice; and the scenery was wonderful -- it was a good location.

Everything was great.. the place.. the view.. and the staff were very helpful and kind.. and I would like to thank the employee his neam “Islam “in particular for the wonderful reception, cooperation and his keenness to provide us with the best services and help us, knowing that my private car broke down and they tried to help me fix it then they help the recovery car to carry my car despite the difficulty of reaching the place.. They were also very quick to provide any service as soon as I called despite the distance of the reception from the room

The food was sensational. The location and atmosphere of the rising mountain was incredible. Loved this place. It was so much fun to stay in the Heritage tent. The night sky was fabulous, especially the middle of the night trip to the loo with a bonus shooting star! Perfect quiet amongst beautiful surroundings.

loved the staff. They were very accommodating and helpful. Mr Aslam at the reception was an absolute star and so was Mr Zahid as my car was stuck in the rubble. They were kind enough to help out and bring the car to the tent themselves.
