I liked the efficiency in their service, hospitality was at another level. A special thanks to the following staff members from the Ayla Bawadi Hotel for making my marriage proposal setup a huge success: Hazem (the manager), John, Trixie, Faisal and Emma. Their creativity and enthusiasm in serving us was at another level. May they keep up the good work.

This has been our go to hotel for many years now. It is away from city centre but it's attachment to Bawadi Mall serves us very well. If you came across a staff member by the name of Yadav (from Nepal), then you will be met with the utmost politeness and helpfulness.

The unit was tastefully decorated and fresh and clean. Loved that they supplied the toothbrush kit and some shampoo, shower gel and lotion as our trip was very spontaneous. Loved that we could walk to the mall as it’s literally linked with to hotel. Upon arrival we received two gift vouchers. One with a discount to their spa and another with discount to a meal. We did not have enough time to make use of them but I thought it was a lovely touch. Looking forward to be back.
