I loved the cleanliness the proffesionalism of the staff and their kindness and cooperation. They gave me interconnecting rooms as soon as I requested it. The hotel is comfortable and I could see jebel hafeet from my room. They gave us slippers and their own hygiene supplies. Overall the price was also reasonable.

The staff were friendly, especially the cleaners and the receptionist of our first night. Room was very clean, warm water no problem, beds were comfy and even room lighting. The area is quiet and served well by bus and groceries.

Simple but nice room with a bath, comfortable bed, tea/coffee corner. Unforgettable polite and cheerful lady from downstairs cafeteria and exceptionally helpful service of the reception desk was a big plus or this hotel.
