I highly recommened Al Ain Rotana Hotel. The room is new and stylish, very clean. Breakfast was tasy and a lot of choice (everything you need is there). But mostly I am thankful to staff: concierge, reception. We forgot charger in the room and they helped a lot with delivery. Great experience!

We stayed on a busy weekend but the service from Reception was excellent, thanks so much to Jessie! The pool bar would’ve benefitted from more staff, however the villa accommodation was amazing!

They welcomed us very well and made things very easy for us with our kids. Everything was super clean, and the restaurants are amazing. There is a playground for the kids not far, so you can enjoy your diner while they run and go and play in a secure environment
