A very charming hotel in a great location. the nightlife, restaurants, and the beach are right around the corner but it is very quaint at the hotel. Great breakfast, good coffee. Spotless and comfortable rooms. Good management with high-end service experience.

Really good location and also authentic building & rooms . Very tastefully designed. Only 5 min walk from centre . Also short cut to the beach through the woods. Staff and the owner was very helpful, friendly and professional. Breakfast in the court yard was so beautifully presented. Also food was delicious at breakfast. I highly recommend Liya Boutique hotel.

We felt as at home, not in the hotel. You can expect very warm atmosphere here. The owner of this place is amazing- he supported us a lot during our trip to Turkey, not only during our stay in his hotel! He helped us with the transfer and also with an urgent reservation outside of his hotel, when we were not able to find an option at booking... He also kindly agreed to look after our luggage for the week we were on the yacht... What a service! We booked apartment with 1 bedroom for 4 people which had more than enough space for our family. There was also a small kitchen and 2 balconies. AC in each room. The breakfast was exceptional - actually, you can meet such type of breakfast in many good hotels in Turkey; what made the difference is food freshness and homemade cooking...it was so delicious... And- the breakfast is different every day! Dear Mr. C.Emir Alsancak, you do incredible work to make your guests happy! I wish prosperity to your business - you really deserve it. Please also pass our big Thank you to your team.

It was an unforgettable experience. Our host made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived with his warm hospitality. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, offering fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and guiding us to a stunning nearby beach that was indeed a hidden gem. One of the highlights of our stay was the fantastic breakfast our host prepared for us each morning. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, with fresh and delicious options that catered to all tastes. It was the perfect way to start our day. The beautiful location, the exceptional service, and the personalized attention we received made our stay at Liya Boutique an absolute delight. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Akyaka—you won’t be disappointed!

Location was great, and staff member Emir was very accomodating and helpful. We had to leave prior to the included breakfast so Emir organised some sandwiches to be made at his friends restaurant for us to pick up on our way free of charge.

We stayed here as a family of 5 with an upgrade to our triple room. The hosts were great and very helpful arranging taxis, a hamman and recommending places to eat. Than you fora wonderful stay
