We stayed at the nice Villa with great seaview and confortarble beds. Clean and well maintained with you would need in an apparment.

Really nice location. Clean. Big rooms. We stayed only one night but it's a perfect place to stay longer as it has also a kitchen and living area. Bathroom was big and clean with nice materials.

Las Villas Akumal is clean, well kept gardens, friendly staff and very well maintained facilities. Loved the pool and it was near a beach, so pretty much perfect.

Great big apartment and very comfortable bef but unfortunately the beach was so rocky that it was almost impossible to access the sea. The restaurant was also closed and we weren't told that before our trip, there was an option of room service but with no outside space it would have meant eating in our room. There is only one other restaurant nearby so our options were limited. Saying that it is a nice complex and the price was good.

Fantastic apartment. We had a three bedroom villa on the ground floor with a sea view. It was HUGE! Each bedroom had huge, comfortable beds and its own bathroom, plus there was a well equipped kitchen area and lounge area with a massive TV. There was also a dining table and chairs. All very modern and clean. We spent most of our time on the enormous terrace which had hanging chairs and a table and chairs. We were steps from the swimming pool which is a good size and also from the beach - plenty of loungers and even a night turtle spot! This is super high quality family accommodation.

This property is a great option for families who do not like the all inclusive resort type of accommodation. The apartments are spacious, well maintained, very clean and conveniently located half way between Tulum and Playa del Carmen (20/30 mins by car). Staff are nice and helpful. Beautiful beach and swimming pool on the property.

The location is very quiet, comfortable room. At the beach the sargassum is not cleaned ( not high season). There is 1 restaurant 100m away and 2 more at the public beach of Akumal ( beach walk 20-25min). Everything is rather expensive there. Staff is very nice, friendly and helpful.
