The facilities at this property were absolutely fantastic, offering us countless enjoyable moments by the nearby beaches and pool areas. The hotel staff, especially the housekeepers, were incredibly kind and attentive, making our stay feel like a dream come true—an experience that exceeded all expectations. The added charm of spotting monkeys, lizards, raccoons, and coatis throughout the hotel grounds made it even more magical. It was truly an unforgettable experience!

The area was huge, with two large pool areas, and the beach was beautiful, offering plenty of sunbeds in different spots. The lazy river was a big plus. The spa was lovely, especially the massage, although quite expensive. The room was spacious and cozy, including a bathtub. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were many different activities, making it a great destination for a family holiday. It was also an ideal place for solo travelers, it was easy to contact with other customers so you had company if you wanted. The evening shows were fantastic. As a big surprise, there was even a nightclub on the property! All drinks were included in the price and they were mostly surprisingly good!The area also had lots of different animals, like monkeys, which were fun to watch. Highly recommended!

Just came back from Grand Sirenis after 2 weeks with my family and this was the perfect holiday. Everything and everyone exceeded my expectattions. Location. Food, Service, absolutely everything was great. My kids loved the Kids Club. Beach is fantastic (no sargazo), and pools and lazy river were amazing. I am used to go every year to Riviera Maya and Cancun and this place is perfect at all levels for families

The staff was absolutely amazing! They made my stay incredible with their kindness, helpfulness and hospitality. A special mention goes to the entertainment team, namely Ricardo and Yayo ♥️, to Carlos from the French restaurant and José from the main buffet restaurant. The night shows had impressive performers/dancers. The room was quite spacious and comfortable.
