A lovely apartment with good facilities, kept immaculately clean, within the Tulum Country Club/Bahia Principe grounds. The pool is small but welcome and clean, and the mangrove/swamp area at the back has plenty of wildlife - iguanas, crocodiles, large birds and fish. Jesus and his family were excellent and responsive hosts - and you will need their advance instructions to navigate the various gatekeepers to access the resort if you are driving; but otherwise leave you to enjoy your stay. The grounds have a free shuttle service to the beach area and the main restaurants, but it only runs every 30m to each destination, with the beach service not starting until after 10am, so unless you want to confine yourselves to resort-fare, you are really going to want a car.

The property owners where very helpful with transport and I sent him money by mistake and he went above and beyond to get it back to me we accommodation is really clean and in a excellent location
