The location was quiet and away from all the crowds. The bus stop was just a few meters from the hotel and restaurants and small supermarkets were close by. The views were amazing and the hotel was beautiful and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was very plentiful and delicious.

Located in the quieter part of Santorini which was wonderful. We visited Fira and Oia using the efficient bus service. Both Fira and Oia were overcrowded and busy. So pleased to stay at Kokkinos Villa. Superb accommodation, great views and relaxing. The reception staff are lovely and willing to offer helpful advice. Highly recommend this place.

We stayed in this hotel for our honeymoon. It was the perfect place to escape and relax. The hotel was lovely and the staff where very friendly. The breakfast and views are just amazing. There are lovely restaurants for dinner only a 5 min walk away.

Amazing view, amazing staff (thank you, Kelly, for all your support) , the solutions provided were very good including the taxi at 4:45 am for going to the airport - and Kelly was right, 4:45 am is more then enough to get to the airport - the airport is small and the 6am flight is the 1st one so not so crowded. For visiting the island at the 1st moment we were thinking of having a bus, but it's a nightmare - avoid if you can. Soooo we followed Kelly's recommendations and asked her to rent a car - the car was there in the next morning without failing, and we had amazing trips visiting Santorini - to return it, we just managed with the rental company how to do it and left the keys on the reception on the previous night since we were leaving at 4:45 am. The breakfast is really nice - my recommendation is that you think what to have as a global breakfast. We understood incorrectly the list - was not for the possibilities of having as breakfast but for everything that will be coming to the table - so instead of asking for it with a X as us, just put a number of how many you want of each or will be coming just 1 for instance for expresso but we managed anyway to have a great breakfast everyday. Regarding the place, everything was managed very well and the cleaning team worked nicely.
