First of all the gentleman at réception really was a a great help to my family. Customer service at its best the man deserves a raise. Helped out my family a lot and interacted with my kids which settled my kids right away. Helped as well a lot with parking and other needs. Awesome stay

Very friendly helpful staff ...able to check in early. Very modern comfortable room. Location fairly central to town ...about a 20-30 min walk to the lake. Underground carpark...need to go to reception of the hotel first to get directions and access.

Superb location, modern. spacious clean facility all at a reasonable price. Having its own balcony was wonderful as was the secure (basement) car park. Excellent supporting facilities (cafe, reception, lifts, roof terrace). Friendly, helpful staff.
