Hotel Overview

Hôtel Birdy by Happyculture is located a 10-minute drive from Aix-en-Provence, next to an 18-hole golf course. It offers an outdoor swimming pool and has free WiFi throughout the property.

I was expecting a hotel of that kind to have slippers available for the guests (even if needed to be paid). Basic accommodation but good breakfast. Price performance in the low season when we were visiting was also under the expectation. Will search for something more unique next time.

The location of the hotel and amenities provided therein were very good. The theme of the hotel was also very charming. I loved the idea of eco-friendly nature of the services.

Room is spacious. Very comfortable bed. Window + Daylight. Nice view. Very quiet. Nice furtinture. Restaurant was excellent. Had lunch and dinner!

Nice hotel with good kids policy. Couldn’t book a room through booking.com with mentioning that we are with a kid. It offered me only rooms with extra beds. But at the counter lady told me that it’s fine and no extra payment needed. More then that, she told us they have free breakfast for kid younger than 12.

It was a great find, comfortable, and had a coffee machine free to use! Easy car parking and a pool to unwind. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

We booked it as a stopover on our road trip and wow what a great find! Staff were very warm and friendly. Room was very nice. Loved the bar food menu! And the games room with billiard table, table football and pinball was a fun way to pass a rainy evening. Pool and grounds looked very inviting and the breakfast was very good. Great value for money and I’d well recommend. I will be watching out for this hotel chain name on future trips.
