It was a very bad start ! I had booked a two bed apartment because my family were maybe coming and also friends. I was shocked when it was up a very awkward high hill with no lift. As I have a disability I realised I was not going to be able to get out. The smoke alarm in the hall went off all night and air conditioning not working properly. Then when in bed I looked down at the floor to see ants climbing up my bed . I rang the receptionist in the morning who took me to an apartment further down.Although this was only one bed and didn’t suit my plans for friends visiting it was lovely, clean, air con working and I could access way to pool and out. Tracy was wonderful , the receptionist and Daniel who works there an absolute star. If it hadn’t been for them I was never have stayed.

The views were spectacular from both balconies. It was spacious and very clean. Very well equipped with detergent provided and the bag of ice was a lifesaver! The staff were so lovely and friendly and very helpful. The pools were an added bonus. Very good value for money. Would highly recommend this property.

We absolutely loved our stay in the 2 bedroom apartment. We were so impressed with the abundance of supplies....eg coffee, toilet paper, etc. The beds were comfortable. The lovely lady at reception was very welcoming. The pool areas were beautiful and clean. The views were incredible. We will definitely come back and l will tell all my friends about how amazing the resort is. Thanks so much.

Location great to be close to Airlie whilst not in middle of the hustle. Really well appointed unit with lots of additional items not usually found in accom.
