Apartment Hotel Overview

Just 300 metres from Airlie Beach town centre, this award-winning resort offers air-conditioned apartments, each with self-catering facilities and a private balcony offering views of the Coral Sea.
Boathaven Spa Resort features a 25-metre swimming lagoon with waterfall and a large heated spa pool. Guests have free access to BBQ facilities and the tour desk.
Each of these beautifully appointed apartments includes cable TV, ceiling fans, DVD player and a plasma-screen TV. Some apartments have a hot tub on the balcony. On-site laundry facilities are available.
Boathaven Spa Resort is situated 9 km from Shute Harbour. Whitsunday Coast Airport is a 40-minute drive away.

RECEPTION HOURS : at Boathaven Bay Holiday Apartments are open from 9am until 5pm, check in from 2pm until 5pm, after hour check in until 9pm is available, please contact the hotel prior to arrange, check in later than 9pm is not possible. Please note credit surcharge of 1.5% applies to Visa and MasterCard, 3% applies to American Express. A $200 credit card pre auth is required at check in as security against damage / unpaid accounts. We are a cashless business.
Boathaven Spa Resort is unable to accommodate bookings for school leavers (‘schoolies’) unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Guests are required to present a valid credit card and valid photo ID upon check in (at least 1 guest must be 18 years of age or older). The hotel’s Terms Of Stay must be signed – no exceptions will be made. If guests do not comply with these conditions, the booking will be cancelled and no refund given.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Very nice stay! The apartment was lovely. Nice balcony, comfortable bed, enough wardrobe space. We didn’t try the pool facilities, but especially the jacuzzi looked nice. It’s only about a 5 min walk to the start of town. Would definitely book again!

The receptionist when we checked in was amazing. I think her name was Hailene. She was so sympathetic as we were on our honeymoon and just had our flights to Sydney via Brisbane cancelled due to the cyclone hence had to extend our stay in Whitsundays. She was so lovely, made us feel welcome and even upgraded our room. Overall the hotel was very clean, the pool was lovely and relaxing. Very comfy couch and beds. Plus point is its approx a 7 minute walk to the town and away from the noice in the night.

No breakfast, bought own food. Apartment had everything we required, very spacious and comfortable. Peaceful location. Reception staff member very helpful with local knowledge.

Lovely lady Helene on reception let us check in early. We had a one bed apartment overlooking the Harbour, the view was stunning. Extremely well equipped kitchen, it had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. It was a short walk into Airlie Beach. Lovely clean swimming pool. Our stay here was perfect.

Nice location and staff. Nice private pool. No daily make or towel change which i found dissapointing. When i enquired was told , make up every 8 days !!! Washer and dryer provided for DIY , but on hols ¡!!!!!!!!!
