The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. All bookings are subject to a MYR 2 Heritage Charge per room per night. This is to be paid directly to the hotel.Please note that the children pool is closed from 27th March 2023 until 31st May 2023, only main pool are open.

The hotel offered a pleasant experience overall. The pool was a highlight, with the children thoroughly enjoying their time swimming. The breakfast provided was satisfactory, though there may have been room for a bit more variety or flavor to elevate the start of the day

We only enjoy the Pool, the Kids room and the playground. The Aircond room is a bonus as we got the mounted ceiling and new.

Just got to know that they took over Puteri Resort. Everything was OK but I think it require a big renovation.

The resort is easy to locate They serve mushroom soup for breakfast was my comfort meal. The room was big, the bathroom also big. I like the bath tub Just does not have the time to enjoy the pool

the theme park ! the swimming pool are big ! the foods ! even they got much variety of foods but it still consider nice, worth the money, they even have the sand playground for kids ! I like it all !

Great and friendly staffs. Perfect for family with kids. The water park is suitable for kids aged 3 and above.
