Hotel Overview

Situated in the modern and commercial area of the medieval town of Aínsa, surrounded by the Huescan Pyrenees mountain range, the hotel lies next to the River Ara, an ideal starting point for numerous activities.

Ainsa is an attractive historical town with interesting monuments from remaining parts of the 11th century defensive wall to the 16th century castle. In addition, there is a well-preserved town square and all with impressive mountain peaks as the backdrop. A little further a field you will find the Ordesa National Park, made up of 4 valleys and the Sierra Guara and Posets-Maladeta Nature Reserves.

Service was excellent. Dinner had a limited choice but food was well cooked and well presented.

We were on a motorcycle tour of the Pyrenees from the Atlantic to the Med. Eight hotels in all and this was by far our favourite. Every convenience was catered for, a wonderful restaurant, breakfast, room, and secure underground parking for the bikes. Ainsa is an amazing stopover, central to so many ride-outs, and we were here for four nights. The location is perfect, for a wander into the old town on the hill, with lots of local shops and restaurants. The room was clean, wonderful shower, and the view of the mountains was superb.

Kettle and tea making facilities in room. Very clean and good to have bar, terrace and restaurant on site. Garage parking for motorcycle.

restaurant was v/good as was breakfast . room and bar v/good also. Garage parking for motorcycles was a bonus.
