From the moment we arrived at Tanoak, I knew this holiday was going to be special. The resort itself is beautifully designed, blending seamlessly with its natural surroundings. The architecture exudes a calm elegance, with spacious, airy rooms offering stunning views of the pool and gardens. Our family room was a serene sanctuary, with double rooms to offer privacy and ensure my daughter had her own space. The minimalistic decor coupled with large windows let in the natural light and provided a picturesque view of the surrounding landscape. Every detail, from the soothing color palette to the warm, clean linen was designed to enhance comfort and relaxation. The resort offered a perfect mix of activities, allowing me to choose how active or laid-back I wanted to be. We also took advantage of the wellness center, indulging in a luxurious spa treatment that left us feeling utterly rejuvenated. The massages, facials, and body scrubs were expertly delivered, making the entire experience feel like a retreat for both mind and body. For those moments when we simply wanted to do nothing at all, the infinity pool was a perfect spot to relax with a book in hand. Lounging by the pool, with the calm water and the sound of nature around me, created an almost meditative environment. The resort also provided private beach access, where I could walk along the shore, enjoy the sunset, or just sit and listen to the gentle waves. The resort's dining options were another highlight of my stay. With an emphasis on fresh, local ingredients, every meal was a treat. We had breakfast each morning, with aromatic cappuccinos, tropical fruit, and a selection of pastries that were simply delicious. Lunches and dinners offered a variety of cuisines, from fresh seafood to comforting local dishes. The level of service at the resort was exceptional, yet discreet. The staff was always friendly and attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed without ever feeling intrusive. Perfect holiday...

Closer to Cairo than the rest of hotels, so its nice a quick change of scenery. Room junior suite is large with a bed and couch living area equipped with TV. All rooms are overlooking the pool. The hotel is sitting in a resort/compound which has tennis courts and a gym. Breakfast and dinner buffet is decent - not a vast selection but enough to find something you'll like. Staff was gracious enough to find milk alternatives.

The property was modern, clean, peaceful, and easily accessible with direct access to the pool, breakfast and dinner. The family room was very spacious and the layout of the room, the mattresses and pillows made the stay even more comfortable. But the one thing that stands out above the quality of the property is the quality of the customer service, and the people working there, from the moment of arrival staff were attentive, Mario, beshoy, mahmoud, were all so helpful, accommodating me & my elderly father in every way possible. The same applies to the staff at the restaurant or by the pool, Eid, Mohamed Fouad, Ayman, and the life guard would not leave us needing anything, bringing a chair closer for my father to sit when needed and doing everything in such a seamless way. Nour from customer relations also made sure several times that we were enjoying our stay and left nothing to be needed.

The staff is more than great, super friendly and the check-in took like 4 minutes and everything was perfect except for two things.
