The place, the cozy, very clean and quiet room with beautiful lights, Diner tasty and of very good quality. The service was excellent, in particular Mr. Waeel at the reception, and Mr Ali Hassan in the restaurant.

The Hotel was very clean and location very nice. The staff were excellent. The food was great and the service and attention in restaurant is well notified. Most impressive is the General manager she is going around the hotel with all details and in dinner time she is following up with staff on all minor details. We will definitely come back again.

the staff were so welcoming and nice..special thanks to Mr.Waek,Mr.Mario in reception..and kirollos in restaurant.. the hotel is luxorious and calm..very clean rooms..food was delicious..

Very friendly staff. You feel welcomed and cared for. Very comfortable room. Good variety for breakfast and dinner. Enjoyable atmosphere. Would definitely come back!
