I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel, and it was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! The staff truly made my stay unforgettable, especially Mr. Abd-Elrahman Hassan and Mr. Mohamed Hussein at reception. Their professionalism and kindness were beyond exceptional—they even upgraded my room to a stunning sea view instead of a side sea view! I also want to extend my deepest gratitude to Mr. Tarek, the Deputy Manager. His remarkable communication skills and unique way of handling situations made every interaction a pleasure. The rooms were not only comfortable but also offered breathtaking views, creating a relaxing and serene atmosphere. The food was another highlight—delicious, diverse, and perfectly prepared. The animation team deserves a special mention for their energy and enthusiasm. They went above and beyond to ensure guests had a fantastic time throughout their stay. The room service was efficient and reasonably priced, adding to the overall comfort. The hotel’s location by the sea was stunning, and the amenities were top-notch. One standout feature was the heated pool, which is perfect for winter visits. Having the chance to swim in warm water during the colder months was a wonderful experience! In short, this hotel exceeded all my expectations, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. I will definitely be returning for another stay! ---
