The hotel is located opposite the beautiful Kabalana Beach where I surfed. There are cafes and restaurants next to the hotel overlooking the ocean. The owner of the property is very friendly - my stay was hassle-free and comfortable. Breakfast: a plate of delicious fruit + omelette, coffee or tea was very good. There is a beautiful tropical view from the terrace. I walked 15 minutes to the centre of Ahangama. You can rent a scooter from the owner at the property. Highly recommended and I will definitely be back!

Nuwan and his lovely housekeeper, Rasika were very helpful and honest. Nuwan knows Sri Lanka extremely well and was a wealth of knowledge. He is able to organise a large variety of services across the region. Rasika was very sweet, laundry services were offered, breakfast was lovely too. Nuwan and Rasika were always happy to help and answer any questions we had. The location is perfect, especially for a surfer. It’s a very short walk to three surf breaks.

It is a small local hotel minutes away from Kabalana beach that is beginner-friendly in terms of surfing. It has everything one might need: a big comfy bad, perfectly functioning AC, big bathroom, some common area to meet fellow tourists. The staff is as friendly as it gets and really helpful. Walking to downtown of Ahangama would take about 15 min, but tuktuks run there all the time. Many cafes around as well.

Perfect location, great hosts, great value for money - felt really safe here (as a solo female traveller) . Close to the beaches and restaurants, only a Tuk Tuk or small walk away from Ahangama centre. Couldn’t recommend this place more :) breakfast was delicious as well :)

The property is located right next to Kabalana beach, 5 min by tuk tuk to Ahangama centre; the location is very convenient and it doesn’t feel so busy. A great, professional surf school (Sticks) is also a few minutes walk away. The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated, and feature all the necessary amenities like AC and hot water. The house feels very homey and the staff is lovely and helpful. I went back soon after I had stayed there for the first time! 100% recommend.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The English and Sri Lankan breakfast were good. The location is super close to surf spots and restaurants.

Great location just a 5 minute walk to the beach. The room and the bathroom was very spacious and clean. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the place if you want to chill because the surrounding area is not crowded with people unlike the Ahangama town.
