Stayed here this week (last week of Dec 2024) for two nights and had a very pleasant stay. The quality of the food and drink on offer as well as the of the personable and efficient service by all staff was amongst the best we came across during our two week vacation in Sri Lanka. Rooms were very well appointed, and nice bathroom area although they are a little small. The hotel roof top bar (Mr M) was exceptionally good for sunset cocktails and dinner. The only downsides to the property are that it is located on a very, very busy main road and it can be unpleasant leaving the property for basic amenities due to the chaos that has be navigated in terms of traffic. Additionally, the beach located at the other side of the property is nice but very small so you can’t do long walks on it and the pool area is also very small. It’s also pretty expensive at high season in December.

Rooms were superb in a modern minimalist design style w/ views of the beach/ ocean. Restaurant is excellent (breakfast) and we also had a dinner on the roof that was great.

The Hotel is Amazing! They put loads of effort into making your stay special. They sent us an email to ask which welcome drink we would like and the temperature of the room etc. When we arrived everything was sorted. The room was really nice, the bed and pillows so comfy. The staff put effort into making your stay as smooth as possible, they are nice and kind, always checking on us. The food and the drinks are so good, that we ate every day in the hotel. Was worth every penny! And if you can book the room with the bath, the sunset from the bath is amazing.

The hotel was gorgeous with great service and beautiful rooftop bar / restaurant. Food for breakfast and from the rooftop was really good. Good location to beach front bars and restaurants.

One of the best hotels in Sri Lanka 🇱🇰 We have stayed at many hotels but the attention to detail here was second to none, the staff are warm and accommodating, the food is extremely good and we loved sunset drinks at the rooftop! If you’re in Sri Lanka you have to stay at Harding! They are about to open phase 2 next door also which will have additional rooms which we can wait to come back and try out.

One of the best locations: close to a beginner friendly surf spot Marshmallow and to Ahangama city where you can buy everything that you may need. On top of that the hotel is trying its best to become better. Despite everything that I say in the "didn't like" section, it's still one of the best choices to stay in Ahangama, you just need to lower your expectations.

We had an amazing stay at Harding Boutique, the staff went above and beyond each day. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, the food was as excellent as everyone else said. It felt like a very personal place, there are very few rooms so the experience of being there was quite exclusive. The room was beautiful and the location was perfect for both the beach and other restaurants and bars.

Super clean. Stocked bar fridge, great smiling service, even on the roof bar after 9 pm. Everyone wore aprons while serving, cool music, great bed sheet towels and toiletries...good breakfast...all onetime..

Hotel was intimate and staff were extremely kind and attentive. The rooms were spacious and felt luxurious. Our room had an amazing open air shower and bath tub. Would definitely stay here again. The hotel is also home to 2 lovely dogs who we grew attached to !
